The EPA can and should regulate what happens on an Army base but not in a local business or individual Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1592992209402300549.post-24044031840599092912014-11-29T13:17:27.006-05:002014-11-29T13:17:27.006-05:00Anon - all agreed except that I think the EPA isn&...Anon - all agreed except that I think the EPA isn't doing this a payoff to the radical leftists, it's because the EPA has been taken over by the radical leftists. The EPA has become the radical leftists.

Like their asserting the right to regulate every puddle and pond in the country. They say they're authorized to regulate navigable waterways and since some junk science says all water is connected underground they can regulate farm ponds.

SiGraybeardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00280583031339062059noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1592992209402300549.post-49143020163337299252014-11-29T12:56:40.986-05:002014-11-29T12:56:40.986-05:00There are two big lies in this and the EPA knows o...There are two big lies in this and the EPA knows or should know this as clearly as any honest scientist would know it.

First lie is they attributed some deaths to ozone using a statistical technique that is very similar to indicting a ham sandwich in a grand jury. If ozone in concentration would kill a test animal 90% of the time then by extrapolation a much lesser amount of ozone would kill an animal (or human) by some lesser percentage. Multiply that by 7 billion people and the magic answer is that ozone would kill 600 people a year. While it is pure fiction and anyone who passed statistics 101 would be embarrassed to use this technique the EPA uses it shamelessly.
The second big lie is that yu and I in our normal day to day activity produce the ozone. Nevermind that millions and millions of lightening strikes every day produce millions of times more ozone then humans do or all the other natural sources of ozone. The EPA knows all this and is passing these regulations as payoff to radical, leftist, anti-American, anti-progress, anti-logic so-called environmental groups. In fact the EPA is one big front for the radical America hating environmental groups. The goal is to bring America to it's economic knees in a Cloward-Piven strategy to overwhlem the country and make it ripe for a takeover.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
