Just because the big test was scrubbed, it's not like they had a day off.
This morning at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, SpaceX launched a Cargo Resupply Service mission to the International Space Station. The mission called CRS-33 lifted off at 2:45 AM EDT (0645 UTC) on August 24, 2025, from SLC-40. The booster on this flight, B1090, has flown six times: O3b mPOWER-E, Crew-10, Bandwagon-3, O3b mPOWER 9-10, and two Starlink missions. In my book, six previous missions is as good as new - or better - and has flown often enough to be seen as proven to be known good. CRS-33 is the third flight for this Dragon spacecraft, which previously supported the CRS-26 and CRS-29 missions.
This is a time-compressed video, only 2:11 long, but shows launch, a couple of highlights and the booster landing on A Shortfall Of Gravitas, or ASOG.
The CRS-33 dragon capsule is scheduled to autonomously dock to the ISS at 11:30 UTC (7:30 AM EDT).
