This pretty much sums up my reaction to the story about the rampant waste at the GSA. The iceberg rolled into a different position and the sunlight caught this little piece of FWA (I think everybody who has ever worked for a government contractor knows about Fraud Waste and Abuse). When you see this kind of crap, just know there's 10 times as much under the surface.
